Refer your accident clients to us and rest assured that they will be in good hands.
For more than three decades, cases have come to us by referral from other lawyers.
Attorneys who are experienced in criminal law, divorce law, real estate law, bankruptcy, securities, probate or corporate law often need to refer a client to a lawyer who specializes in injury law.
Attorneys refer cases that do not fit their practice niche. Additionally, lawyers in other states may want to send us their clients who have catastrophic injury or wrongful death cases in Florida.
We are happy to co-counsel with other attorneys who may not have the expertise to handle an accident injury case. Our division of fees to the referring attorney will be in accordance with the Florida Bar Rules. Florida Bar Rules of Professional Conduct recognize that clients are best served when lawyers can bring in other attorneys with needed areas of expertise, and still share in the responsibility and the fees.
We look forward to working closely with referring lawyers. Most importantly, the referring lawyer can rest assured and know that the client is in good hands.
